Hope you all doing well. We will keep this update short and sweet.
Late Pledge/Pre-Order:
The Late Pledge/Pre-Order store for Wanderlust is now open on BackerKit. If you or your friends missed the campaign and still want to participate, please go to:
The Pledge Manager for this campaign will be open in the next couple of days.
We are waiting for Backerkit to review our setup before we perform the smoke test and release it. We will post another update shortly before the Pledge Manager releases, showing you how to complete the survey step by step. It is quite easy, in case this is the first time you are using Backerkit.
Please keep in mind that you MUST fill out the survey in order to receive the game. Without your shipping information, we will not be able to pay for your shipping fee and tax (if any).

Update 9: Creative Pledge and Pledge Manager

Greetings, our lovely travelers,
We hope this update finds you well.
We missed talking to you guys after the campaign, and it definitely took us a minute to get used to it. But here we are! And we want to bring you our first post-campaign update.
In this update, we will cover the following points:
Creative Traveler Pledge
Pledge Manager.
Creative Traveler Pledge:
It has been a month since our campaign ended, and we have been working as hard as we could. We have connected with everyone who pledged at the Creative Traveler level, and most importantly, we have finished all encounter drawings for the game.
WooHoo! Here are 2 sneak peeks, meet Lois and Janna!
Lois
Lois explores and leads garden tours around the world, including destinations such as Portugal, the UK, Japan, Canada, and both the East and West Coasts of the US.
Jenna
Jenna is a healthcare professional, and when she travels, she always takes a cherry pit pillow named Wollie (as she wants her future dog to be called Ollie, so this one is wool ollie, aka Wollie)
A big thanks for your fast communications so we could finish the drawings on time!
Pledge Manager - Backerkit:
The pledge manager will be ready in May.
For people who are not familiar with the pledge manager, it is a platform where you can upgrade your pledges, pay the shipping and tax fees, as well as fill in shipping information so that we can fulfill the game in the future.
We will post another update regarding the pledge manager when it is ready!
The pledge manager will be up for 2 months, which will allow enough time for all backers to fill out their information. While the pledge manager is running, we will finish the final touches for the game, such as finalizing the graphics, rulebooks, and components.

Update 8: Campaign Ends

Hello Travelers:
We are still in shock!!!
It was a hell of a ride, wasn't it?
We really want to thank everyone for your support. The campaign funding will not only allow us to make Wanderlust: Discover the World but also kick off our small studio to make other games.
Really, a heartfelt thank you to you all. We cannot do this without you!
In the next days(Easter week), we'll take a little rest (we are very exhausted, both physically and mentally) and celebrate with our family and friends. Afterwards, we continue working on the project with renewed energy. For the next three weeks, Julian will be on vacation from his teaching job to focus on production, checking the rules, and upcoming fulfillment.
Cards Being Charged
Your cards should have been charged today by Kickstarter, and we see there were a handful that had errors. So, please check to see if your card is current and if money has been taken.
We were told it usually takes Kickstarter up to three weeks to collect the funds, take their cut, and send the rest to us. While we are waiting for the funds to arrive, we will continue working on finalizing the rulebooks (FR, ES,Solo)and then we will start working on the pledge manager.
Creative Pledge
For people who backed the creative pledge, we will contact you via email to ask for the information needed for drawing the Encounter cards. Please pay attention to your email.
Update Schedule
We will revert to the one-per-month update required by Kickstarter, which seems to be the standard. That gives us enough to report to you guys and also leaves us enough time to focus on working. Of course, we promise transparency. If anything unexpected happens (good or bad), we will let you know.

Live event
We are planning to have a celebration live event on Twitch next Thursday (April 06), and you are all invited. We will cover topics like 'Get to Know Us', Q&A, lessons learned, and what's next for Pektis Studio. We are about to enter the last 48 hours of the campaign, and as we all know, the last 48 hours are just as important as the first 48 hours. We are using all of our power to promote the campaign both online and offline, so guys please continue to share the campaign link on social media and with your gaming group, also clicking the campaign link via Kicktraq will help us get on the hotlist.
