Latest Updates from Our Project:

The ships arrived
10 days ago – Tue, Apr 09, 2024 at 08:40:59 AM

Hello dear travelers,

here's a quick update! All games have left the ships so far. Some games, such as Asia and the USA, have already reached the final hubs from which they will be dispatched.

Also in Germany, customs clearance is completed and the day after tomorrow they will be on their way to the shipping warehouse of the fulfillment center.

Once all games arrive at their warehouses, they will be shipped to you, so you just need to be patient! Before that all shipping addresses will be checked for mistakes and I might contact you if there is a problem.

When all games have reached their shipping hubs, the next update will come, so stay tuned, because as I said, it won't be long now!

Shipping Update 18.03
about 1 month ago – Mon, Mar 18, 2024 at 11:00:17 AM

Hello Travelers,

today we want to inform you about the current status of shipping. As described last time, shipping is done through various hubs: Asia, the USA, Europe, and the UK (which also includes the rest of the world).

The games are being transported to the individual hubs by ships. This naturally leads to different delivery dates.

USA :

The games arrived in L.A. last week. From here, they will be transported by train to Cleveland, where the fulfillment center's warehouse is located. Subsequently, the games will be delivered after addresses have been checked for plausibility. If there are any problems, we will contact individual backers.

EU:

The games are currently off the coast of West Africa. They are on the ship OOCL JAPAN. You can search for the name on Google and check its current location every few days. It is scheduled to first dock at Zeebrugge in Belgium then head to Hamburg in the upcoming 2/3 weeks. From Hamburg, the games will be transported to the Darmstadt warehouse, where shipping to individual backers will occur. We will keep you updated on this.

Asia:

The games are currently in the warehouse. The backer data still needs to be verified before shipping to individual backers can begin.

UK:

The ship is expected to arrive in Great Britain by the end of the month. Following its arrival, the games will be transported to the warehouse before being dispatched to individual backers. Additionally, shipments to other unspecified countries will commence from this point onwards.

We are following the status of the shipments on daily basis with out fulfillment center, as always we will keep you posted with the latest status and updates until you get your copy delivered to your doorstep so you can start your travelling adventures!

All the best,

Pektis :)

Ahoy! Your Wanderlus Awaits!
about 2 months ago – Sat, Feb 24, 2024 at 06:06:26 AM

Arrr, hearty Backers!

This is a real quick update; we just wanted to inform all of you that we received the "set sail" confirmation from our shipper last week.

UK. US, EU set sail confirmation!

Gamesquest received the confirmation that UK, US, and EU shipments set sail in mid-Feb. Due to the Chinese New Year holiday, they could not reach their agent until this week to get the belated confirmation. But hey, better late than never; your Wanderlust is officially on its way!

Asian games Pick up

All games for Asian backers have also been picked up after CNY and are on the way to the warehouse.

What is next:

First of all, let's cross our fingers for a smooth sail and swift customs clearance.

Our ship will make several stops along its journey before reaching its final port of destination. Depending on the political situation in Yemen, the shipping may need a bit more time. All we need now is patience – watching a ship slowly cross the ocean is like watching paint dry, but we're almost there!

That is all for this update, until our next update!

Wanderlust is on its way!!!
2 months ago – Sun, Feb 18, 2024 at 02:07:35 PM

Hello Travelers,

"Wanderlust" is officially on the move! As we write this, our game boxes have already left the Longpack factory to embark on an epic journey to your homes.

Gamequest has informed us that the game was picked up before Chinese New Year and will be delivered to the following hubs:

UK: GamesQuest (Already picked up)

EU: Intermail (Already picked up)

US: ARK Transport (Already picked up)

Asia: VFI (Not yet picked up due to Chinese New Year)

The UK, EU, and US shipments were all due to sail over the Chinese New Year weekend (9th and 10th of Feb). However, due to the holidays in China, Gamequest is struggling to provide us with definitive confirmations if the ships have set sail as their agents  in china are currently off until next week.

Until the game arrives to the intented port Destination, through customs and delivered to your door step, it is not within our hands to control, influnce or speed up this process, all what we can do for the moment is to monitor, follow up and provide any necessary paper work or information needed. We are doing our best to do so, as we are so eager to have wanderlust on your gaming tables :)

We will keep you updated once we have further information from Gamesquest regarding the expected arrival times.

Thank you. Best regards,

Xue, Julian, Mahmoud

Mass Production complete!
3 months ago – Mon, Jan 15, 2024 at 02:18:02 PM

Hi travellers,

First of all, Happy new year!!!!

We are thrilled to announce that we reached another milestone: mass production was completed last week!!! We are officially entering the next phase: Fulfillment.

While there are a million pieces of paperwork to prepare, Gamesguest has informed us that the processing time is longer than usual due to increased shipments before the Chinese New Year (10th of Feb). We will keep you updated along the way!

If you read our last update, you probably remember that Echo and Julian visited the family in China. They also managed to take a tour of our factory and saw Wanderlust being produced with their own eyes. It was quite an experience, and we learned so much about the process, machines, and components. This helps us make better and more informed decisions when it comes to future projects! Huge thanks go to the Longpack team that planned the whole day for us! We really appreciate it!!

Here are some photos to show you guys, we hope you are as excited as we are!!!!

It is surreal to see our game in the factory being made alongside famous titles in the industry. It was such a motivation booster!!!

Very soon, you will be able to hold it and play it with your family and friends!!!

That is all for this time, and talk to you soon!!
